Tuesday, 8:30 AM- Trapp Family Lodge outdoor center- distance run and games
Wednesday 8:30 AM- Harwood High School- speed, strength and agility.
Thursday 8:30 AM- Yoga with Erica
Saturday- adventure distance run TBD depending on group size and interest.
Rides- Check in with coach Kerrigan senior or coach Lou for rides. Kerrigan’s email- email@example.com
The first training week will be mellow as I’m sure many are still reeling from end-of-school-year hoopla! Practice is generally between about 1.5-2 hours in duration.
Please remember to bring a water bottle, dry layer and and snack for each practice and of course comfortable foot wear. Looking forward to seeing you all next week!
