Junior Training

VTXC offers three seasons of junior training programs for runners and cross-country skiersĀ ages 13-19. The summer program focuses on runningĀ and the fall and winter programs focus on cross-country skiing but our main focus is always on health, fitness and lots of fun outside. Masters Training

VTXC offers two seasons of masters training programs for cross-country skiers age 30 and up. All of the programs focus on cross-country skiing but we provide many cross-training opportunities and emphasize technique, body awareness & strength.
